BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

We perform corporate bookkeeping services using either the client’s accounting software or our own.

Each month, we issue financial statements, prepare and file tax returns (Income Tax, Value Added Tax or Excise Duty), draft contribution payment sheets for the Social Security Institute (IESS), prepare equity returns in addition to attending to employees’  income tax matters, producing reports the Parent Company, among others.

Once the financial statements are issued, based on the relevant accounting standards and applicable legal regulations, we encourage the organization to undertake a financial analysis to determine whether the obtained results appropriately reflect management in each business area.   We also suggest any necessary improvements.
