Within a company, processes and their different controls must contribute to the achievement of business objectives while endeavoring to minimize the risks that such may not be attained.

The AENA internal or operational audit is applied to add value and establish more efficient and effective operations in an organization.

AENA reviews the level of compliance with policies and procedures. In the absence of appropriate policies and procedures, we provide support in their design.  In addition, we identify risks generated by the different processes and propose the strategic improvements necessary to strengthen them and so achieve the attainment of the organization’s business objectives while minimizing risks.

We undertake this work in two ways: the first by assuming direct control of the internal audit function; the second by supporting the internal audit department.
