The professionals comprising the AENA work team have studied Accounting and Auditing, Business Management, Systems Engineering and Tax and hold either university or post-graduate qualifications.<\/p>\n

We provide our personnel a rigorous training program, through seminars organized by AENA and those provided by prestigious training institutions in Ecuador and overseas.<\/p>\n

Several of AENA\u2019s professionals serve as members on technical commissions of professional institutions related to their profession. In addition, they are affiliated to leading collegiate associations, as well as being contributors to technical magazines and law journals in Ecuador,<\/p>\n

Aspirants are subject to a rigorous selection process.\u00a0 Applicants wishing to join AENA must have an outstanding record as students or professionals and boast an impeccable ethical behavior profile.<\/p>\n

Periodically, we evaluate our personnel to identify their strengths and improvement opportunities. When necessary, the corrections are taken and implemented. Our evaluation policy enables us to ensure that our professionals are able to guarantee the provision of a good service to our clients.<\/p>\n
